Documentation Requirements
These are the documents required for Trade Exhibitors.
All documents are required latest 28 days before the event date.
Required Food Trader Documents
- Public Liability Insurance to the value of £5 million
- Food Hygiene Rating certificate from your local authority (Rating of 3 or higher)
If you are a new business you should be registered to trade as a food business with the local council - Food Safety Certificates for all staff (no more than 3 years old)
- Environmental & Sustainability Policy
- Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS) for your setup
- Full sample menu with price list
- Photographs of your product & stall set up
- PAT Certification
- Gas Safety Certification
General Trade Exhibitor Documents
- Public Liability Insurance to the minimum value of £1 million
- Environmental & Sustainability Policy
- Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS) for your setup
- Photographs of your product & stall set up
- PAT Certification (If using electric appliances which are being plugged in to an electric source)
If any Trade Exhibitors have an issue producing any of the documentation, they will need to contact the Organisers 45 - 30 days prior to the event taking place.
