Some events are paid entry others are free. If the event is paid entry - All traders receive an allocation of complimentary visitor tickets

Our visitor audience profile tends to be friendly multi-generational with the entire family coming out to spend the day.

There are also a large proportion of single-gender friendship groups.

Our motto is from Granny right through to Baby!

The festival has a key focus on heritage & culture, most of the visitors come out in support of National Windrush Day to celebrate & recognise their culture

Our visitor numbers average out to between 4000 - 5000 visitors throughout the day & our number remain steady year on year

Any small or large business can become a Trade Exhibitor at any of our Festivals.

We also have a special interest in providing a platform & access to opportunities for businesses with a Caribbean / African heritage connection from within the black community

We also know that launching a business or new product can be a very daunting experience but our team is here to help

Yes - There is allocated parking.
Each Trade Exhibitor is provided with 1 all-day compound vehicle space to park as part of their booking.

Any split Trade Exhibitors will be allocated 1 vehicle space in total.

All technical & set-up information for Trade Exhibitors is provided within the Trade Exhibitor's Guide which will be downloadable via the Exhibitor Portal site once booked & paid in full.

Yes information about marketing and pr will be provided as part of the Trade Exhibitor's Guide once Trade Exhibitors are fully booked & confirmed as official.

No press, marketing or pr will be provided for unconfirmed Trade Exhibitors.
