We're looking for a range of pastries, baked goods & sweet teats to satisfy the sweet tooth in our customers. Can you offer a variety of options to attendees and even bring some classic treats like Kroma, Pastelles, Tamarind Balls, Great Cake, Handmade Guava Jelly and more from across the Caribbean, South America & Africa?

Let's create a mouth water selection of treats that take people back to the young days of yesteryear.

This size trading option is excellent for when you have a small neat set up ready to go.

Trading costs are for 2 full days

Space Restrictions

• No Drinks or Beverage traders are accepted
• No stall sharing only one Sweet based operating business
• Each Sweet based operator must have their own pitch

Space Details

Allocated open space only measuring 3m wide x 3m deep and is suitable for 1 x sweets & treats food business to operate within.

Traders are free to set up within their allocated space the way that they desire either partially covering the area or fully covering with a structure.

Placement will be in a row next to other traders - therefore no overhanging beyond the boundary line is permitted

Maximum Frontage: 3m

Maximum Depth: 3m

With 9 square meters there is enough space for a 3m x 3m (e.g. standard pop-up gazebo) or a total uncovered area.

Cooking Methods

You are not permitted to cook in this area - If you would like to cook please upgrade to a Street Food Stall

Health & Safety

All pitches should look appealing for customers to visit and follow basic health & safety guidelines

Food Hygiene Rating

Min 4-star food rating is required (If you are waiting for a rating please let us know)

Ground Coverings

• Care must be taken to not damage grass areas with waste.
• Covering can be used where needed to protect the ground.
• Vendors are responsible for the ground for the duration of the trading period

Insurance

Minimum £5 million PLI

Structures

Traders must only provide their own structure if it is market grade. Cheap unstable/flimsy gazebos will not be permitted.

Gazebos are available for an additional cost.

Electricity

No personal generators are permitted. Electricity must be booked & paid for in advance by each trader if required.

Water

Please bring your own water supply

Waste

• All waste must be disposed of in the facilities provided.
• No fires or hot coals must be disposed of without being extinguished and soaked wet first.
• Vendors are encouraged to use recyclable bags & not plastics or foam where possible.
