When your organisation wants just a small presence to access a targeted demographic from within the community; this corporate table trader's pod should give you just what you need.

Whatever your industry join us for the celebration of the year & show the community that your company cares.

Your stall will be located with other information-based stalls to share information about your company/organisation.

Those attending our festival are interested in a range of businesses & will have the time to stroll around to chat with owners.

This size trading option is excellent for when you want to come along with a few products to display or you have some information to hand out. Provided for you will be one table and two chairs so that you can turn up and be ready to trade in a matter of minutes.

Trading Period

Trading costs are for 1 full day plus the option is given to trade a 2nd day at no extra cost

 

Space Restrictions

  • No Drinks or Beverage traders are accepted
  • Table sharing for multiple businesses is not permitted you must fit everything on the tabletop, not on the floor
  • Please do not overhang or obstruct the area, book the size space that you need.

Space Details

Jump straight into trading with an area of table space measuring 1.8m wide x 0.8m deep (6ft Trestle Table) which is suitable for many different kinds of light traders.

Within the allocated space, traders are free to set up and set out the way that they desire on their tabletop. So be fun with it and go wild to present something that event attendees will want to wander over to, nothing is too much!

Placement will be in a row next to other traders - therefore no overhanging beyond the boundary line is permitted

 

Space Sizes

Maximum Frontage: 2.4m (fits 1.8m / 6ft wide table + 0.6m access walkway)

Maximum Depth: 1.5m (fits 0.8m deep table + 1 or 2 chairs)

With 3.24 square meters there is enough space for you to create the direct close-up experience that you wish to offer.

 

Please do not overhang book the size space that you need.

 

Pre-Booking Conditions Summary:

Demonstrations & Walkabout

Traders can organise to take part in scheduled demonstrations or talks about their products or services at a Demonstration Point or within the Community Village.


Once booked you can contact the organiser to be placed on a programme schedule for promotion. The schedule will be confirmed once programming has been completed.

Health & Safety

All table pods should look appealing for customers to visit and follow basic health & safety guidelines

 

Insurance

Minimum £1 million PLI

 

Structures

Traders are not permitted to provide their own structure.
If you require a gazebo or your own structure please upgrade to a pop-up shop.

 

Electricity

No personal generators are permitted. Electricity must be booked & paid for in advance for by each trader if required.

 

Waste

  • All waste must be disposed of in the facilities provided.
  • No fires or hot coals must be disposed of without being extinguished and soaked wet first.
  • Vendors are encouraged to use recyclable bags & not plastics or foam where possible.
