Join us as a food vendor and set up your stall ready to go!


We're looking for a range of general & speciality cuisines to offer a variety of options to attendees especially from across the Caribbean, South America & Africa. Other Countries and Islands are also welcome to join.

This size trading option is excellent for when you have a gazebo & need a small amount of space at the back to move around, cook, prepare or keep some stock.


Prices are to trade for 2 full days

No Drinks or Beverage traders are accepted

No stall sharing only one operating business

Space Details

Allocated open space only measuring 3m wide x 6m deep and is suitable for 1 x food business to operate within.

Traders are free to set up within their allocated space the way that they desire either partially covering the area or fully covering it with a structure.

Placement will be in a row next to other traders - therefore no overhanging beyond the boundary line is permitted

Maximum Frontage: 3m

Maximum Depth: 6m

With 18 square meters there is enough space for a 3m x 6m (e.g. standard pop-up gazebo with an open space for storage/prep/cooking) or a total area coverage structure measuring up to 6m x 6m (e.g. a standard pop-up gazebo) to sit in the space provided. If you cover the entire area there will be no space for open-air cooking.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are looking to create a Caribbean food experience so local speciality dishes are a priority

Cooking Methods Charcoal-based cooking methods are permitted. However, all caterers are encouraged to use charcoal fuels that support the Clean Air act.

Water Water is available on-site please bring your own jerry can.
Waste All waste must be disposed of in the facilities provided.
No fires or hot coals must be disposed of without being extinguished and soaked wet first.
Hot oil should be disposed of with caution.
Vendors are encouraged to use recyclable food ware and non-plastics or foam where possible.

Meal Schemes:


ARTIST & CREW MEAL VOUCHERS

Are you happy to provide a £5 meal for artists and crew with food vouchers?

Traders will be selected prior to event days and sent sample vouchers.

Any traders that accept vouchers without being approved in advance of the show will not be paid.

All meals must be normal-sized portions and artists/crew will be given priority over any queues.



VALUE MEAL SCHEME

When providing meals is important to ensure a wide provision for the community and families who attend. 

Being part of the festival means ensuring that attendees can spend a full day enjoying the activities while being able to access good quality well priced food.


* All Value Meals must be displayed clearly & honestly

* From the menu at least 1 good value ADULT option should be priced at £7 maximum for a Meat, Fish or Vegan Meal

* From the menu at least 1 good value CHILD option should be priced at £5 maximum for a Meat, Fish or Vegan Meal
